Founded in 2017, RADII provides a unique and insightful look into today’s China, cutting through the noise to uncover dynamic stories that upend clichés and create a deeper understanding of China’s role in creativity and culture across the world. The Marketing Department is responsible for fostering RADII’s rapid expansion and growth, with a special focus on audience acquisition.
The Social Media Specialist will report to the Brand Strategy Director and will be expected to contribute to every point in the marketing journey — from ideation to execution to analysis of RADII’s social media feeds.
In this role, you will be researching and presenting appropriate digital platform growth strategies, planning and executing both paid and organic campaigns on our platforms, expressing your creativity in social media copywriting, keeping track of potential influencer partners, and utilizing the data-driven analysis to help determine our next steps for fulfilling our follower growth and engagement targets.
You should have a strong proven experience in executing marketing campaigns, and keeping campaign assets “on brand” — in voice, in look and in values. You should be excited to develop yourself as a marketing professional, and be proactive in identifying new areas for learning that RADII can offer.
Most importantly, you should have a strong desire to carry out RADII’s mission of creating new bridges of cultural understanding via original, incisive, and youthful reporting on today’s China.
