We’re looking for an Operations Associate to support RADII’s human resources, editorial and finance operations. This can be either a part-time or full-time role.As an Operations Associate, you will gain experience relevant to any cross-border start-up or media enterprise. You will initially be tasked with managing our hiring workflow as we seek to fill a number of full-time roles. We will increasingly require your assistance with database entry (which you can help us streamline or automate) for business development and finance purposes. We may occasionally ask for your assistance with executing projects, such as events, and content productions.Operations Associate duties includeManage workflows for our hiring processes and staff on-boarding and exit procedures through spreadsheets or other tracking toolsPrepare expense records from staff members and event personnel before passing to third-party vendors for further processingMaintain an organized database of media files for our editorsDatabase entry for client relationship management (CRM) and similar platformsFollow existing processes and work with team to develop new proceduresParticipate in/schedule brainstorms in an efficient manner RequirementsWell organized, a self-starter, detail oriented, and reliableBachelor’s degree or working toward bachelors degreeExperience or familiarity with data management, presentation and CRM tools—Excel and PowerPoint are critical.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with vendors and other external service providers.Bilingual Chinese-English language skills are a huge plus.Passion for media, marketing or storytelling and RADII’s mission of educating western audience about Chinese culture.Candidates will ideally be based in Shanghai. Hours can be flexible, but candidates ought to be able to commit to a minimum placement of six months.Interested?
