If you have an uncanny ability to see things from a fresh POV, are a gifted storyteller, and understand the nuances of connecting the East and West, we’d love to meet you!

We’re seeking someone who is visionary, dynamic, and a tastemaker of cutting edge trends. You inspire and lead and know to motivate a team. You develop fresh new concepts and set creative direction, as well as understand the art of overseeing and mentoring others. Excellent leadership skills and strong presentation qualities are your intrinsic qualities, and you’re able to identify and nurture creative talents.

You’ll be leading a team of video creatives and producers and graphic designers at RADII Studios. You’ll also be working closely with our editorial and media departments, and know-how to deliver world-class engaging content. Understanding the business side of the design is a plus, and stellar communication and written skills are preferred.
You should be visual/art-based, with experience in a related industry, such as graphic design, advertising, publishing or social media.

 

DUTIES

  • Lead and manage a creative team video producers, and graphic designers.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Take a vision and manifest it into tangible visual products which captivate and engage young audiences
  • Work with editorial and media departments to develop online/offline campaigns, social posts, creative visuals, short videos, films and visual communication tools
  • To keep track of creative trends and the latest marketing techniques.
  • To support advertising/sponsorships by creating and implementing tailored creative content
  • To oversee and direct brainstorming, discussions and creative sessions.
  • Help to shape visual/brand standards and set procedures to ensure all content is brand-appropriate.
  • Supervise the workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted creatives that meet audience expectations/clients’ requirements.
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, creative producers, videographers and editors

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 6 years digital experience, with substantive experience in, but not limited to design, multi-media, web, social media.
  • A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices. Familiar with the use of Adobe suite of software. Familiar with video editing software Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multi-channel marketing models.
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker, and is bilingual (English/Chinese)
