Founded in 2017, RADII provides a unique and insightful look into today’s China, cutting through the noise to uncover dynamic stories that upend clichés and create a deeper understanding of China’s role in creativity and culture across the world.
RADII is looking for a dynamic, results-driven business development leader with a focused and strategic approach to revenue generation. This person will be responsible for the development of new and existing relationships which will contribute to business growth.
The Business Development Director will report to the CEO, and will be directly responsible for meeting yearly revenue goals. He/She will be expected to design and execute business plans and new growth initiatives that lead to the creation and expansion of company revenue streams. The successful candidate should ideally have extensive business development experience in both the digital media industry and the agency world, and come in with existing relationships in these spaces.
As a part of the executive team, he/she will work cross-functionally with the editorial, marketing, and product teams to ensure that resources are being efficiently coordinated, and projects are being executed effectively and on time. Being able to effectively communicate and manage key partners/client relationships is essential.
