Having lived and worked in multiple countries in Asia, Billy has worked at Michelin star restaurants in Tokyo and currently works as a food tour guide and freelance writer/photographer. He enjoys exploring music, tea, and food culture across Asia. In his free time, Billy enjoys chilling out and enjoying good tea and conversation with strangers, attending Yunnan reggae concerts, and capturing exciting events with his camera.
